Power Draw Bar Install Tormach P/N 31706 for PCNC 1100 Part 9 - TTS Parking Tool

The power draw bar install manual recommends the following:

"It is NOT recommended to allow the power draw to reside 

in the  clamped position with no tool holder in place"

 "This may put undue stress on the TTS collet."

So rather than leave a TTS tool holder in the TTS collet when the machine is not in use I made a TTS parking tool
