Power Draw Bar M16x30 Bolt

Original M16x30 Power Draw Bar Bolt

The head of the bolt is a mating surface
when the power draw bar is actuated.
I thought it would be nice to true the
 surface of the bolt head.

Centering the X axis Motor Coupling P/N 30421

A friend suggested that I check to see if the coupling's were centered.
Thanks for the heads up Kaz. What follows is what I found.

This is the position of the X Axis Motor Coupling Before Centering

You can see the Motor Shaft position in the Coupling

Coupling Screws were loosened using a 1/4" drive 3mm Hex Driver Bit

The coupling was moved to center the Motor and Lead Screw Shafts in the coupling

X and Y Axis Limit Switch Wiring

Wires at the X axis limit Switch

J2-1 is a RED wire at the X axis Switch

But at the terminal Block J2-1 is a BLACK wire

There is a splice of the X Axis Limit Switch in the Y axis Junction Box

As you can see J2-1 RED becomes J2-1 BLACK!

New Black and Yellow X Axis wires are run from the
X Axis Switch back to the Terminal Block

New White and Yellow Y Axis wires are run from the
Y Axis Switch back to the Terminal Block

Now the numbers and the colors
for the Axis Limit Switches Match
