Power Draw Bar Install Tormach P/N 31706 for PCNC 1100 Part 3 - Centering

Centering the Power Draw Bar Cylinder Assembly with the Spindle

Remove the Draw Bar Assembly from the spindle

Remove Power Draw Bar M16x30 Bolt

 

Centering Tool

 Install Centering Tool in place of the

 Power Draw Bar M16x30 Bolt

 

  Install the Power Draw Bar Cylinder Assembly

Adjust the Eccentric Mounting Post 

To center the Tool over the Spindle

Centering Tool centered over the Spindle

Tighten the Eccentric Mounting Post Retaining Bolt

Adjust the Leg Bracket to center the centering Tool over the spindle

Then Center the Leg Bracket with the bolt head

Tighten the Leg Bracket mounting bolt
