During the Motor Coupler Centering of the X-Axis.
The X-axis lock nut was found to be loose.
The tab washer was unbent from the lock nut slot
In order to properly tighten the lock nut I purchased 2 P/N 30485
Spanner Wrench's from Tormach and 4 Tab Washers to have in stock
Spanner Wrench's tightening the X-axis lock nut
The red squares show the results of tightening the lock nut.
The tab washer bent into its new slot location
